During your daily work, you learn primarily from experienced teammates. Arthur D. Little has also developed an extensive training programme that allows employees to use and further develop their skills optimally. There is no rigid solution for all divisions, but rather plenty of room for the needs, interests and preferences of each individual.
Our global training programmes cover topics including core consulting skills, case management and strategy, and strategic and conceptual selling. In addition, we offer a number of local training events around functional topics. These include basic seminars, such as "Basics of Strategy & Organisation" for business analysts and consultants, as well as advanced seminars, such as "Advanced Operations Management" for managers. The goal is for you to get to know all the basic methods and functional topics.
We also ensure that there is sufficient time for shared activities and networking. The worldwide Arthur D. Little network is one of the easiest ways to socialise and network with co-workers.
