About Clemens

Clemens is a Principal at Arthur D. Little, based in the Vienna office, and a part of the leadership team of the “Telecommunications, Information, Media & Electronics (TIME) Practice”.

In his role as head of Arthur D. Little’s competence center on the media industry, Clemens participates in all major strategy projects, leads the intellectual capital development and coordinates the firm’s global expert team of internal and external experts.

Clemens has acquired know-how along the entire media and telecom value chain, with particular focus on growth strategies, content strategies, rights valuations, M&A (having supported more than 30 large-scale, multi-billion EUR transactions) and post-merger integration. He has supported telecom and media players in more than 25 countries in Western & Eastern Europe, North America and the Middle East. He has also led the creation of a number of joint ventures (between mobile operators, between content and telecom operators), developing business concepts, business plans, and detailed shareholder and commercial agreements.
Clemens holds a Master’s degree (International Business Administration) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is fluent in German, English and French.

Besides his global business activities, Clemens enjoys family life with his wife and two children.
