About Liz

Liz Xu is a Principal at Arthur D. Little based in our Shanghai office. She leads our TIME practice and is a senior practitioner for operations management for Greater China. She has over 12 years of consulting experiences in China, Europe and the United States, with a particular focus on operations management. 

Prior to Arthur D. Little, Liz worked for McKinsey & Company in its operations practice, focusing on driving operation transformation, developing business strategy and building clients’ capabilities.

Liz has substantial experience working with clients in strategy development, due diligence, product development, supply chain management, organization performance and transformation, in sectors such as TIME, consumer goods & retail, healthcare industries, and others.

Examples of her work include new-product launch-plan development for a leading Chinese automotive company, change management for a leading consumer-goods company, supply chain optimization for a leading Chinese SOE, market-entry strategy formulation for a medical company and operations transformation for an ICT business.
