Markus is a Principal at Arthur D. Little’s Frankfurt office. Markus has extensive experience in utilities industries where he is specializing in decentralized energy systems and new (data driven) business models of utilities and prosumer.
Markus successfully completed more than 15 projects related to “Decentralized energy systems” and more than 10 others in the area of “New, data driven business models”, mainly for utilities in German speaking countries. Within these focus areas, Markus advised his clients from strategy development to implementation.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Markus worked in the consulting business for Accenture Strategy.
His professional experience comprises activities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, UK, Romania, Poland and the USA.
Markus holds a Diploma in chemistry from University of Cologne and a Diploma in business administration from RWTH Aachen University. He is fluent in German and English.
