About Russell

Russell is Managing Partner for Arthur D. Little Greater China, with extensive experience in industry and consulting, including China, Hong Kong, and across Asia-Pacific, as well as Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.

Prior to consulting and Arthur D. Little, Russell held senior management roles in the manufacturing and energy industries. He works across a range of sectors, such as transportation, manufacturing, automotive, oil and gas, healthcare, and industrial services.

Russell works with clients to build strategies for growth domestically and internationally, and to develop their organizations to deliver world-class performance across the value chain. This includes areas such as market-entry, operations and supply-chain strategies, performance improvement and transformation.

Examples of his work include Chinese outward investment, mobility strategies for OEMs, market-entry strategies for advanced materials, and organization development plans following acquisition of operational businesses.
