About Tomas

Tomas is a Principal at Arthur D. Little’s Prague office, with over 10 years of management consulting experience, and is a member of our global utility competence center on Asset Management and Regulation.

He has helps European energy companies to cope with changing market challenges and a constantly developing regulatory environment.

Some examples of his project experience include: 

  • strategic restructuring of a vertically integrated power utility facing market liberalization, 
  • new business-model definition for energy utilities as a reaction to market and regulatory changes,
  • regulatory strategy development, including implementation support. 

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Tomas worked as a price analyst at ExxonMobil, the largest world producer and processor of oil products.

Tomas holds a master’s degree in business and law with specialization in valuation from the University of Economics in Prague.
