Bio: Petter Kilefors is the leader of the Global Strategy & Organization, Private Equity and Corporate Finance Practice at the Stockholm office of Arthur D. Little. He is affiliated with the TIME, Health Care and Public Sector practices. His professional focus is on strategy & organization, financial advice for private equity and industrial investors pre- and post-transaction (e.g. due diligence, valuation, strategy, change management, post-merger integration), and governance issues faced by corporations, investors, governments and multilateral organizations. Petter Kilefors holds a Master in Economic Science and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Rotterdam School of Management.

Bio: Mathieu Blondel is a Partner of Arthur D. Little France, member of the Travel & Transportation Practice. Mathieu helps leading industry players and investors (transport companies, infrastructure operators, 3rd party service providers, Private Equity & Infra Fund...) to develop and implement strategic transformation and performance improvement projects. Mathieu is also the global head of Arthur D. Little Aviation Competence Center.

Bio: François Deneux is a Partner of Arthur D. Little in France. He is a member of Strategy & Organization and has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and management consulting.
François Deneux has expertise in strategy, development strat egies (especially for small companies), organizational optimization, technologies assessment and change management. He is the co-founder and member of the board of two biotech companies.
François is a graduate of ESSEC, a French business school.
Contact Thomas Kuruvilla
Bio: Thomas Kuruvilla is responsible for Arthur D. Little’s operations in the Middle East and South Asia. He is also the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice. Thomas Kuruvilla has extensive consulting and operational/management experience in the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia in the areas of strategy development & implementation, economic policy development, mergers & acquisitions, and performance management – in both public and private sectors. Other functional and industry expertise include strategy and organization, public sector, telecoms, financial services, maritime and process re-engineering.
Thomas is also a member of the Industry Advisory Panel of S P Jain School of Global Management and part-time faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur (India) & the Great Lakes Institute of Management (India).
Thomas Kuruvilla has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kerala University and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, Australia/Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.
Contact Andrea Romboli
Bio: Andrea Romboli is a Partner in Arthur D. Little´s Rome office. He has over 15 years' consulting experience in the utilities industry and Corporate Finance Practice. His primary focus areas lie in strategic planning, process improvement, organizational design, transaction advisory and business planning, mainly in the gas trading, distribution and retail sectors and in the water and waste management businesses. He holds an Economy degree from the University of Tor Vergata in Rome.

Bio: Karim Taga is Arthur D. Little's Managing Partner in Austria. He specializes in telecommunications and acts as Global Practice Leader of our TIME (Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media and Electronics) Practice.
Karim received a Mast er of Science in 1989 from the Ecole Supérieure de l'Energie et des Matériaux, Orléans, France, with a master's thesis accomplishment at the University of California, Berkeley. While a research assistant at the Vienna University of Technology, he developed an infrared fiber optical sensor. He received his Ph.D. in 1992, followed by an MBA in International Business from the Webster University St Louis, MO in 1993.
Karim Taga speaks French, Arabic, English and German.
