Raymond is a French Civil Mines Engineer specialized in metallurgy with a 37 years industrial operational and consulting experience.
Volker is based in our Munich office. His focus is on machinery, electromechanical, automation systems, high tech/ med tech as well as engineering & construction and industrial services. He has comprehensive functional expertise in strategy development and innovation management. Volker holds Master degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration from the Technical University RWTH Aachen.
Andreas is located in our office in Wiesbaden. The focus of his consulting work lies on strategy and organization design, on R&D efficiency management and on optimization of after sales processes in the automotive industry. Andreas has twelve years consulting experience. He holds a Master in industrial engineering and management and received a Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.
Yusuke is based in our Tokyo office. His professional focus is on strategic planning and organization. He has major industry experience in the manufacturing and high-technology industries as well as in the automotive industry. Yusuke holds a B.E. in Metallurgy and in Material Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, a M.S. in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and a M.S. in International Business Management from M.I.T’s Sloan School of Management.
Laurent is based in our Paris Office. He has extensive experience in management consulting and has acquired a deep knowledge of process industries, electrical equipments and services, packaging, building & construction and utilities. Laurent assists clients on strategic as well as organizational and performance-driven issues. He is an expert in strategy - organization alignment and has led several large transformation projects. Laurent graduated from ESCP-EAP and is a Diplom-Kaufmann (business graduate) from Berlin TU.
Stefan is Director in the Automotive and Manufacturing Group and based in Munich. His professional focus is in technology and innovation mangament, operations management and restructuring with extensive experience in the automotive and aerospace industry as well as in telecom equipment. Stefan has an M.Sc. in Materials Science from the University of Leoben.
Marco is based in our office in Milan. He has major consulting experience in supply chain management, procurement excellence and strategic change management in the aerospace and defence, telecoms, postal services and pharma and health care businesses. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from the Politecnico di Milano.
With considerable experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries, Thomas’s professional focus lies on M&A, strategy and organization, marketing and sales improvement. He holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Andreas is based in our office in Munich. He has worked several years in the automotive industry and has major consulting experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. His consulting focus is on automotive sales and marketing and customer relationship management strategies as well as on reorganization and process reengineering. He has studied Business Administration at the University of Munich, Germany and the University of Michigan, U.S. and holds a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Nick is based in our London office. He specializes in strategy and organisation, post-merger integration and product strategy. Most of his professional experience is in the automotive industry, working with OEMs, suppliers and engineering consultancies. He also has experience of rail and defence. Nick’s qualifications include a MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College.
Emilio is based in our Madrid Office. He brings to his work a broad range of experience primarily with industrial clients. His functional expertise lies within lean manufacturing, supply chain management and strategy development. Emilio has obtained a PH. D from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Ecole Centrale Paris. He completed studies at Cranfield University and Politecnico de Turin.
Marc is based in our Wiesbaden office. His professional focus is in strategy and organization, customer management, innovation and product strategy. He has major industry experience in the automotive, OEM as well as supplier, industry. Marc holds a Master in industrial engineering and management from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
