Dr Ralf Baron’s 15 years’ business consulting experience includes strategy and organization, performance improvement, post-merger integration, change management & project management.
Before joining Arthur D. Little, Ralf studied political sciences with a focus on international economics and quantitative empirical research. He also worked for a number of years at the United Nations Centre for Science and Technology for Development.
His recent consulting experience includes: Strategy development for an economic promotion agency; Change management for a European Ministry of Finance; New public management consulting for a national Ministry of Transportation; Reorganization and cost reduction in a Prime Minister’s agency of a German Federal State; Information management and organisational assistance at UN HQ
