Ignacio is affiliated to the Strategy, Organization & Corporate Finance Practice and to the TIME practice. His professional focus is on strategy formulation for high tech companies and network industries in fast moving or uncertain environments. His other main areas of involvement are growth strategies, strategic marketing, transaction services and post merger integration. Ignacio holds an MSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an EMIM (Hons) (European Master's in Management) from ESCP/EAP - the European School of Management in Oxford, Madrid and Paris. He is fluent in Spanish, Dutch, English, French and German.
Alberto is member of the Strategy, Organization & Corporate Finance Practice in Spain. He has considerable experience in strategic consultancy where he has directed and participated in dozens of assignments, assisting clients (Industrial Leaders, Investment Banks and Private Equities) to sell and acquire businesses in industries such as Telecommunications & Media, Energy, Travel & Transportation, and Capital Intensive industries.
Jan is the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice in Nordic and has extensive experience consulting for the leading private equity and venture capital funds, as well as other investors in Nordic and elsewhere. He has worked in the areas of strategy development and implementation, due diligence, merger and acquisitions, and performance management. He has also worked extensively in the areas of turnaround and performance management in various industries. His industrial experience spans over a wide area of manufacturing and process industries.

Klaus heads the Corporate Finance and Restructuring Practice of Arthur D. Little in Germany, and is responsible for the German Private Equity Sector. Having managed and been responsible for a large number of projects Klaus has comprehensive experience in Corporate Finance services including business due diligence, valuation, M&A transaction support, business planning and financial audit; and in Corporate Restructuring services including design and the implementation of holistic turnaround concepts for distressed assets as well as value improvement programs.
Thomas is the Managing Director of Arthur D. Little, Middle East and also Head of the Telecoms and Strategy & Organization practice in the Middle East and South Asia. He has extensive consulting and operational/management experience in the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia in the Telecoms sector and has worked with regulators, telecom operators and equipment vendors in the areas of telecom regulation/policies, fixed and mobile license bidding, strategy development, M&A, organization design, performance management, and process redesign. Thomas holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kerala University, India, and an MBA from Melbourne Business School, Australia/ Asian Institute of Management, Philippines. In addition to lecturing for Executive MBA programs, Thomas is also a speaker at conferences on strategic planning, turnaround management and corporate venturing.
With considerable experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries, Thomas’s professional focus lies on M&A, strategy and organization, marketing and sales improvement. He holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Natan leads the firm's New York City office and the North American Private Equity practice, with a focus on mid-market funds and their portfolio companies. He is a trusted advisor to some of the leading global and mid-market private equity firms and hedge funds, advising clients on due diligence, as well as operational improvement and the strategic repositioning of their portfolio companies. Natan holds an MBA in Finance and Management, with the highest distinction and Beta Gamma Sigma, from Columbia Business School; and, a BA in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Miami University of Ohio where he was a Benjamin Harrison Scholar.
Karim is Managing Director in the Vienna office of Arthur D. Little's German, Austrian and CEE operations. He specializes in telecommunications and is a member of the TIME (Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media and Electronics) practice. He is also head of the TIME practice in Austria. Karim received a Master of Science Degree in 1989 from the Ecole Supérieure de l'Energie et des Matériaux, Orléans France with a master thesis accomplishment at the University of California Berkeley. While a research assistant at the Vienna University of Technology he developed an infrared fiber optical sensor. He received his Ph.D. in 1992 followed by an MBA in International Business from the Webster University St Louis Mi in 1993. Karim speaks French, Arabic, English and German.
Makoto is Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s office in Tokyo. He leads the Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance practice in Japan. Utilizing his past working experience in leading global private equity firms, he focuses on M&A strategy, due diligence, post-merger integration, turnaround strategy, and international management for private equity firms and corporate. Makoto holds an MBA from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and a BSc from Tokyo Institute of Technology.
Mario is Managing Director in Arthur D. Little's office in Italy and has extensive experience in management consulting. His primary focus area is expertise in Strategy and Organization and he has worked with most Italian Companies. Mario is a graduate of Politecnico of Milan, where he obtained a degree in Engineering.
Michael is a Director at Arthur D. Little Central Europe, based in the Düsseldorf office. He is a member of the Global Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance practice and is also affiliated to the Financial Services practice. His professional focus is on providing transaction support to industrial and Private Equity investors (e.g. M&A strategy, target selection, due diligence, pre-merger planning, and post-merger integration) as well as corporate and business unit strategy development. Michael holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Diploma in Business Administration from Hamburg University.
