Ignacio García Alves focuses on strategy formulation for high-tech companies and network industries (telecommunications, transport and utilities) in fast-moving or uncertain environments. Other areas of expertise are growth strategies, strategic marketing, transaction services and post-merger integration. Ignacio holds an MSc (with Honors) in Electrical Engineering from the Delft University of Technology (Netherlands) and an EMIM (with Honors) – European Masters in Management – from ESCP Europe (the European School of Management) in Oxford, Madrid and Paris.

John has been at Arthur D. Little for more than 18 years and previously served as its Global Healt hcare and Life Sciences Practice Leader. In addition to health care and life sciences, John’s clients include leading private equity, food & beverage, consumer, electronics, technology, and energy/resource companies.
John specializes in investment advisory, mergers & acquisitions, growth strategies, financing, and development of technology ventures, technology commercialization, innovation management, and restructuring. John has negotiated, structured, and advised on over $10 billion of transactions during his professional career.
John’s private sector experience includes serving as President and Head of R&D for a venture-capital financed technology company and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for a $65 million private-equity financed healthcare services organization. John earned an MPH from Harvard University, an MBA from Northeastern University and an AB from the College of the Holy Cross.

Bio: Saverio Caldani is a Partner in Arthur D. Little Italy and Spain. He is a member of the Energy & Utilities Practice and affiliated with Strategy & Organization within Arthur D. Little. Bio: Martijn Eikelenboom is a Partner in the Amsterdam office of Arthur D. Little. He combines a total of over 20 years of strategy consulting experience with five years of line management as CEO for a leading media publisher, distributor and retailer.
Ma rtijn Eikelenboom has been responsible for corporate and marketing strategy, as well as performance improvement assignments in the industrial goods, clean tech, energy/utilities, chemicals, professional services, media, food/beverage, waste, and packaging industries. His areas of expertise include transaction support, sustainability strategy, business model innovation, direct marketing and innovation management. He holds a BBA from Nyenrode University, Netherlands and an MBA from IESE, Barcelona, Spain, and is a graduate of AMP of Harvard Business School.
