Bio: Martijn Eikelenboom is a Partner in the Amsterdam office of Arthur D. Little. He combines a total of over 20 years of strategy consulting experience with five years of line management as CEO for a leading media publisher, distributor and retailer.
Ma rtijn Eikelenboom has been responsible for corporate and marketing strategy, as well as performance improvement assignments in the industrial goods, clean tech, energy/utilities, chemicals, professional services, media, food/beverage, waste, and packaging industries. His areas of expertise include transaction support, sustainability strategy, business model innovation, direct marketing and innovation management. He holds a BBA from Nyenrode University, Netherlands and an MBA from IESE, Barcelona, Spain, and is a graduate of AMP of Harvard Business School.

Bio: Dean is a Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little in Central and Eastern Europe.
He is responsible for the business development in Eastern Europe and focuses on Energy and Utilities, Public Services and Travel and Transportation.
He has conside rable experience in management consulting, with projects on regulation, market liberalization, and organizational effectiveness, managing the profitability of groups of customers (calculations, segmentations, reporting), enhancing business efficiency, cost management, risk management and strategy creation.
Dean graduated from the Economics University in Prague, specializing in economics of industry. He is the President of the Chief Finance Officers’ Club (CFO Club) which has nearly 150 members from leading Czech and Slovak companies.
Contact Richard Clarke
Bio: Richard Clarke is a Director of Arthur D. Little and leader of the firm’s Risk Practice, based in Cambridge. His work focuses on safety management in the transportation, energy and construction sectors. He has 25 years of experience working at executive levels, helping corporations to assess risk control arrangements and develop leadership approaches, management systems, organization, procedures and tools to respond to business needs for managing risk. He has led many assignments throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Richard Clarke holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds and, as a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, is a chartered engineer. He was Global Chief Executive Officer of Arthur D. Little from 2004 to 2006.
