Bio: Ralf Baron is a Partner in the Frankfurt office of Arthur D. Little. He is Global Head of the Travel & Transportation Practice. He has supported clients in many industries, from automotive and manufacturing to national and international public organizations. Ralf Baron's extensive experience includes strategy and organization, performance improvement, post-merger integration, change management and project management. Ralf Baron studied political sciences with a focus on international economics and quantitative empirical research.

Bio: Salman Ali is a Principal in Arthur D. Little’s Madrid office. He brings to our clients a broad range of experience from numerous consulting assignments for major European and US companies. Salman has worked extensively in the aviation and transport industries, and for global distribution systems, tour operators, and online travel agencies. Additionally, he has significant experience in advising clients in corporate finance transactions and commercial due diligences, business planning, and financial modeling and valuation engagements. Salman Ali holds a B.Eng. (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, University of London.
Contact Klas Anderlind
Bio: Klas Anderlind is a Partner and member of the Health Care Practice at Arthur D. Little Nordic and based in Stockholm. His areas of expertise are operational improvements covering all parts of the supply chain of pharmaceutical companies, from sourcing, to manufacturing, to distribution, to R&D and medical affairs. Klas Anderlind has led a large number of complex strategy projects for investors and management teams, from analysis to implementation. He joined Arthur D. Little in 1999. Klas Anderlind holds an MSc Industrial Eng. from Chalmers University of Technology and the Swedish Defence Language Institute.

Bio: François-Joseph Van Audenhove is a Partner based in Arthur D. Little's Brussels office. He is responsible for the ADL Global Competence Center in Rail and Urban Transport and head of the Travel and Transportation Practice in Benelux. His functional expertise is focused on strategic studies, performance improvement, commercial offering effectiveness, and organizational design. François-Joseph Van Audenhove specializes in the management of complex strategic and organizational transformation programs, serving clients across several industries. He has a Master in Law, magna cum laude, from the UCL University in Louvain-La-Neuve and an MBA from the Solvay Business School in Brussels. François-Joseph is fluent in French, English and Dutch.

Bio: Vincent Bamberger is the Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little's Paris office. His areas of expertise are strategy issues and major efficiency programs for clients within the transportation and aerospace & defense Industries. Vincent Bamberger is a civil engineer, having graduated from l’Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics of Paris, and has an MBA (DEA) awarded by the Université de Paris Dauphine.

Bio: Dean is a Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little in Central and Eastern Europe.
He is responsible for the business development in Eastern Europe and focuses on Energy and Utilities, Public Services and Travel and Transportation.
He has conside rable experience in management consulting, with projects on regulation, market liberalization, and organizational effectiveness, managing the profitability of groups of customers (calculations, segmentations, reporting), enhancing business efficiency, cost management, risk management and strategy creation.
Dean graduated from the Economics University in Prague, specializing in economics of industry. He is the President of the Chief Finance Officers’ Club (CFO Club) which has nearly 150 members from leading Czech and Slovak companies.

Bio: Saverio Caldani is a Partner in Arthur D. Little's Rome office. He is a member of the Energy & Utilities Practice and affiliated with Strategy & Organization within Arthur D. Little. His primary focus areas are organizational improvement, strategic planning and advice on M&A delivery. Saverio Caldani has worked extensively with main Italian utilities such as Enel, Acea and Eni. He is a graduate of Università degli studi di Roma "La Sapienza".

Bio: James Catmur is a Director with Arthur D. Little’s Cambridge, UK office. For more than 25 years, he has been involved in risk management studies in the energy, chemicals, manufacturing, automotive and transport sectors. He is internationally recognized as an expert in the field of operational risk management. Prior to joining Arthur D. Little he worked in manufacturing R&D. James is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a working knowledge of Portuguese and French. James is a chartered engineer, fellow of the IET and member of the Safety and Reliability Society, and holds a degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University.

Bio: Antoine Doyon is Arthur D. Little's Head of China and is located in the Shanghai Office. He is a member of the Automotive and Manufacturing Group, with extensive experience in management consulting on strategic and performance improvement issues. He has developed deep knowledge in the automotive industry with OEMs and tier-1 suppliers, and substantial experience in manufacturing and process industries. Antoine Doyon holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the ESCP and the University Paris-Dauphine.

Bio: Thomas Kuruvilla is responsible for Arthur D. Little’s operations in the Middle East and South Asia. He is also the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice. Thomas Kuruvilla has extensive consulting and operational/management experience in the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia in the areas of strategy development & implementation, economic policy development, mergers & acquisitions, and performance management – in both public and private sectors. Other functional and industry expertise include strategy and organization, public sector, telecoms, financial services, maritime and process re-engineering.
Thomas is also a member of the Industry Advisory Panel of S P Jain School of Global Management and part-time faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur (India) & the Great Lakes Institute of Management (India).
Thomas Kuruvilla has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kerala University and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, Australia/Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.
