Arthur D. Little supports your first career steps

As an intern, you get to know the life of consultants at Arthur D. Little first-hand.

As an intern at Arthur D. Little, you will have the chance to see what the job of a consultant is all about. Whenever possible and with the permission of the client, we add you to a real project as a team member. Your internship should last at least three months, allowing you to fulfill your tasks on the project after a brief introductory period.

With the guidance of your coach, you will take on a variety of tasks on the project. These can include partial analyses, evaluations and presentations. You will put your previously acquired analytical skills and methodological knowledge to use and experience how solutions are developed side-by-side with the client. You will get to know our corporate culture and see how we think and act.

Undergraduate

If you have convinced us of the value of your work during your internship, we can offer you the opportunity to work on a challenging, market-relevant topic for your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis. 

You will have a mentor to assist and advise you throughout the project. In addition, you will gain access to a number of useful resources, including databases, market studies and specialist journals.

How does the application process work?

You can submit your application online or by email. We will take the time to check carefully whether your qualifications match our needs. After a maximum of 14 days, you will know whether you will be invited to an interview. The interviews are based on case studies. Not only do we want to know how you structure problems and find innovative solutions, we also want to get to know your personality.
We will let you know immediately after the interview whether or not we are offering you a position as an intern. One of the interviewers will also give you personalized feedback.

What does Arthur D. Little expect of me?

You will familiarize yourself with new tasks quickly and efficiently and interact with both clients and your team as a socially competent team member. You will make creative contributions to the team and learn to convince both your teammates and the client of the value of your approaches.
