Arthur D. Little appoints Dr. Raymond Khoury as Partner

London, 22 May, 2019 – Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced that Dr. Raymond Khoury is joining the consultancy as a Partner to lead its Technology & Innovation Management (TIM) practice in the Middle East.

Raymond brings extensive consulting experience in digital technologies and innovation, with a primary focus on large scale technology-driven government modernization programs, including work for the United Nations Develop Program (UNDP), as a senior technology advisor for government reform programs in the Middle East. He joins from Booz Allen Hamilton, where he spent 11 years, most recently leading the digital and innovation practice as a Partner.

Based in Beirut, Raymond’s goal is to expand ADL’s regional footprint by increasing the reach of its TIM practice in the Middle East, deepening relationships with leading regional clients in both the public and private sectors.

Raymond holds a PhD in the field of applied artificial intelligence, Engineer’s, and Master’s degrees in engineering from MIT, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Northeastern University. He is a frequent speaker at regional and international conferences and forums, and has published extensively on innovation.
