Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced that Michael Majster has been appointed as a Partner. Based in Brussels, Michael will join the Technology & Innovation Management (TIM) practice, where he will play a leading role in developing the company’s local and international client base.
Prior to joining ADL, Michael was a Partner at Accenture and Managing Director of Technology Resources for France and BeNeLux, focusing on the Utilities, Chemicals, Natural Resources and Energy industries, and working with companies such as Engie, EDF, Shell and Total, as well as institutional and regulated players in Belgium and Luxembourg. Having worked at Accenture for over 16 years, he has developed expertise in fields including Digital Transformation, IT Strategy and Innovation, Business Agility, Change Management and Entrepreneurship.
Vincent Bamberger, Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little's Paris and Brussels offices, comments: “I am very pleased to welcome Michael to both the TIM practice and ADL as a company, where I believe our entrepreneurial work environment will be a great fit for his talents. As our clients continue their journey of digital transformation, it is vital that we guide and support them in a way that reflects their individual needs rather than forcing them to adopt a one-size-fits-all approach to change. Michael possesses the flexibility of thought that all ADL Partners require to deliver this type of targeted, personalized service, and I look forward to working with him. ”
Michael Majster, Partner at ADL, adds: “These challenging times demonstrate how critical innovation and digital are, and I am extremely excited to join a company that is committed to driving its ongoing growth by focusing on these topics. Throughout its 135 year history, ADL has been at the forefront of innovation, and is renowned for its cutting edge services connecting people, strategy and technology. I look forward to building on this great legacy and using my experience to help ADL clients thrive in the digital world.”
Michael holds both a Master’s Degree in Engineering Sciences from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and an MBA from Vlerick Management School.
