Program Manager Electro Mobility at NOW GmbH

Stefanie Wolff, who holds a doctorate in energy economics, is program manager for electromobility at NOW GmbH, the implementer of federal funding programs in the field of sustainable mobility and energy supply. As an e-mobility expert, her expertise lies at the charging station, the interface of energy and transport transition, and in energy behavioral economics. Her multi-layered expertise in transport and energy economics is based on international as well as interdisciplinary research projects at RWTH Aachen University. On behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport, she is responsible at NOW for the science- and implementation-oriented perspective of market preparation and activation of battery-electric mobility, in particular the electrification of fleets in commercial and municipal applications.

Peter Gutzmer
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Gutzmer

Editor of the Automotive Technology Journals of the ATZ|MTZ Group

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Gutzmer is editor of the automotive technology journals of the ATZ|MTZ Group. After studying mechanical engineering at the University of Stuttgart, he received his doctorate in research regarding internal combustion engines from the University of Stuttgart. For more than 40 years, he was active in research, development and management in the automotive/mechanical engineering sector, mainly in management positions. For six years, he conducted research on internal combustion engines at the FKFS, Stuttgart, followed by 17 years at Porsche where he was mainly entrusted with management activities in vehicle and powertrain development before moving to Schaeffler. Within the Schaeffler Group, he held management and executive board positions for 18 years, with his last position being deputy chairman of the executive board of Schaeffler AG, until his official retirement. In addition to several years of membership in boards of directors and supervisory boards, he is a member of the National Platform E-Mobility and the National Platform Future of Mobility as well as an honorary professor at KIT, Karlsruhe, Tongji University Shanghai, and SWJTU Chengdu, China.

Dr. Philipp Seidel

Dr. Philipp Seidel is a member of the Automotive, Mobility and Transport Group at global management consulting company Arthur D. Little and heads the Central European Sustainable Mobility Team. He is a management graduate of Catholic University Eichstaett-Ingolstadt and completed a PhD with research on Corporate Social Responsibility, and an LL.M. at the University of Muenster. Philipp Seidel has over 12 years of experience with automotive manufacturers, suppliers and mobility service providers, supporting their transition to a more sustainable, decarbonized and circular world of mobility. His focus is on electric mobility in all facets, including vehicle charging infrastructure and the end-to-end battery supply chain from sustainable and resilient raw material sourcing to battery recycling.

Manager E-Mobility and Freight at Transport & Environment

Kim Kohlmeyer joined T&E in 2023 after working as a lawyer, consultant as well as founder and CEO in her own urban logistics company. During her extensive professional experiences she worked on renewable energy and sustainable mobility from different angles. She studied in Frankfurt/Main and New York and holds degrees in law and political science. Her main topics are transformation of the freight sector, heavy duty charging and grid infrastructure.

André Casal Kulzer
Prof. Dr.-Ing. André Casal Kulzer

Chair in Automotive Powertrain Systems, IFS Univ. Stuttgart and FKFS Board of Management

André Casal Kulzer is Professor at the Institute for Automotive Powertrain Systems, University of Stuttgart since January 2022. Prof. Kulzer received a MSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon in 1999 and a PhD. degree from the University of Stuttgart in 2004. For his PhD. thesis he received the TR100 Award in 2004 from MIT’s Technology Review - „one of the world’s top young innovators under 35“. After receiving his PhD. he held the position of Senior Researcher and various Management positions at Robert Bosch GmbH in Schwieberdingen till 2011. From 2012 till 2021 he was Manager for Advanced Development Powertrain, together with Synthetic Fuels and Electrified Powertrain Concept Development at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG in Weissach. His former and actual research interests range from electromobility, hybridisation, combustion, emissions, powertrain systems simulation and Life-Cycle-Analysis over to hydrogen and efuels topics.
