Past Experience

Adham is a Partner with our Energy and Utilities (ENUT) Practice and is based in Dubai.
He has extensive experience in consulting, technology and operations and specializes in digital/technology transformation, spanning the whole lifecycle from strategy development and planning, operating model development, business process re-engineering, business case development, technology requirements definition, procurement support, and/or outsourcing, to implementation oversight and technology operations and service management.
Adham has advised both public- and private-sector clients in the Middle East and Europe over the past 15 years. In doing so, he has worked across a broad range of industry sectors including chemicals, utilities, financial services, telecoms, healthcare, transport, energy, and technology. In the past few years, Adham has focused on the technology transformation agenda of a large number of MENA utilities through projects around smart grid, enterprise solution transformation, and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Adham worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, Booz & Company, and Accenture. As a thought leader, he has published a number of reports around smart grids, innovation in energy, blockchain in renewables, to name a few, and is frequently featured as a subject matter expert in mainstream MENA media and publications.
Adham holds a Ph.D. in communications and signal processing, as well as a master’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering, from Imperial College London.
