Clément is a Partner in Arthur D. Little’s Paris office and a member of the Performance Practice.

Clément brings over 17 years of experience in management and strategy consultancy, enriched by his journey as a co-founder of two startups. Since joining ADL in 2021, he has become a key member of the Performance practice, where he specializes in enhancing operational excellence, optimizing supply chain configurations, and leading transformative projects with tangible impacts.

Clément's focus is on Operations Strategy, from devising comprehensive strategies to executing impactful transformations. He also enhances Scale Up efforts, offering holistic support to accelerate growth and reduce investment risks for both established corporations and startups in emerging industries.

Passionate about the intersection of technology and business growth, Clément applies his expertise across operations, technology, and finance, particularly within the Agrifood Tech sector. His academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech (USA) and in Industrial Engineering from ENS Arts & Métiers (France).
