Clément Santander

Clément is a Principal in Arthur D. Little’s Paris office and a member of the Operation Management Practice.

He has 15 years of hands-on consulting and entrepreneurship experience, having led a wide range of projects spanning many industries and situations. In particular, he has helped companies in operations performance improvement, logistics, manufacturing strategy, and market entry, as well as portfolio strategy, product definition, and development. 

Clement has expertise in manufacturing and supply chain transformation and has helped several industrial companies in improving their production processes, as well as their overall manufacturing footprints and logistics models. 

He holds an MS from Ecole des Arts et Métiers and an MSE from Georgia Tech.
