About David

David is a Principal based in Boston and a member of our Travel & Transportation practice.

David has worked extensively in the aviation consulting industry for over 30 years, where he advises large, medium and small-sized airports on air service development issues, airline performance, airport marketing, long range passenger forecasts, cargo, economic impacts, and local stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, David was the Managing Director of InterVISTAS Consulting’s Boston office for 7 years.  For 24 years prior to InterVISTAS, David held various positions at Simat, Helliesen & Eichner (SH&E), now known as ICF.  In these roles, David was instrumental in creating numerous successful air service development plans, resulting in new airline service for his airport clients.  David also developed an airline segment profitability model, that is a critical piece in measuring airline/airport performance for his clients, allowing for targeted air service development initiatives and benchmark strategies.

David earned his B.S. in Air Transportation Management Technology from Arizona State University.
