Lars is a Partner at Arthur D. Little’s Vienna office. Lars has extensive experience in TIME (telecommunication, information, media & electronics), specializing in large transformation projects and corporate strategy.
Within these transformation assignments Lars focuses on digital transformation, customer experience management, non-core diversification and M&A.
He has completed more than 5 of such long-term assignments with success. Three of these resulted in top-line and bottom-line turnaround.
Moreover, he has a long track record in transaction support (more than 25 buy- & sell-side mandates), having supported some of the most successful PE transactions in Eastern Europe.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Lars worked for the consumer goods company Henkel for one year.
His professional experience comprises activities in Austria, Germany, CEE, France, the US, Italy, Benelux and the Emirates.
