Masayuki is a member of the AMG practice and is based in the Tokyo office.
He has extensive experience in projects involving corporate strategy, business growth strategy, R&D strategy, profit improvement, and operational reform, mainly in the automotive, auto parts, and chemical/materials manufacturing industries.
In recent years, he has been focusing on business growth strategies, new business planning, organizational and operational reforms, and alliance strategies that capture the changes in the automotive industry, such as "carbon neutrality" and "electrification".
He convert the potential of technology into business value and drive clients' business transformation in terms of a long-term perspective on a side-by-side support.
