Maxime is a Principal based in the Brussels office and is a member of the TIME (Telecommunication, Information, Media and Electronics) Practice.

Maxime’s experience mainly covers complex strategic planning and business model definition, strategic asset reconfiguration and network & regulatory strategies for TelCos and in other network industries (e.g. utilities).

Within the TIME practice, Maxime is a key contributor to our “Strategy Review and Business Models 2030” competence center as well as the Smart Home Services / Home Butler topic.

Throughout his career, Maxime has built experience in leading complex, large strategic transformation programs for clients across multiple industries and developed the ability to pragmatically deliver these in a result-oriented way by rapidly surfacing the major strategic trade-offs.

Maxime holds a Master in Management from Vlerick Business School as well as a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Ghent University. Maxime is fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Next to his professional life, Maxime is a proud dad, avid endurance runner and fan of guitars.
