Mikhail is a Partner based in our Moscow office. He is a core member of the “Automotive & Manufactured Goods”, “Telecommunications, Information, Media & Electronics” and “Operations Management” Practices. In Russia, he focuses on the following sectors: Automotive, Telecommunications, Information, Media & Electronics (TIME), Aerospace & Defense, and Industrial Goods & Services.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Mikhail worked for Strategy Partners Group, a Moscow-based consultancy, from 2004 to 2018. Here he supported clients in manufacturing, Aerospace and Telecommunications, in projects spanning from strategy definition to specific product/service launches and numerous process improvements and optimizations. 

In addition to his consulting experience, Mikhail has worked in Financial Services, from banks to fintech service companies, and started several businesses of his own. 
 
Mikhail holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Diploma in Sociology. He also studied Engineering, specializing in Robotics and Automation. 
 
Mikhail is married to Irina, and they have two children, a son Maxim (born 2012) and a daughter Veronika (born 2006). They live in Moscow. In his free time, Mikhail a guitarist playing in a rock band.
