Gregory Pankert is Partner based in Arthur D. Little’s Brussels office and is an active member of our TIME (Telecommunication, Information, Media and Electronics) Practice, for which he leads globally the Telecom segment.
His experience mainly covers market-entry and growth strategies, strategic asset reconfiguration, content strategies, and regulatory strategies in all segments of the TIME sector, as well as in other network industries (e.g. postal sector, utilities, transport).
Within our TIME practice, Gregory leads our efforts in developing our expertise in the following specific domains:
- Strategy Review and Business Models 2030, including strategic asset reconfiguration,
- Fixed-Mobile Convergence strategies (mobile-entry strategies, convergence go-to-market strategies, improvement of three-play strategies, Fixed-Mobile synergies assessment, partnership strategy for RAN Sharing, acquisition of cable company by an MNO, etc.),
- Cable operators’ business models,
- Content and advertising management (acquisition and management of content rights and related advertising revenues),
- Home Convergence: Diversification and Smart-Home Services solutions
Gregory has also built experience in leading company transformation programs, helping clients define disruptive business models and strategies, and translating those into practice in terms of governance and organization redesign, post-merger integration, performance management, and change management.
Gregory is a Belgian national and speaks French, Dutch, English, and German.
