Irene is a Principal in Arthur D. Little´s Rome office, and has been working with Arthur D. Little since 2006.

Irene has over 10 years of consulting experience, carried out mainly in the energy & utilities industry.

She has deep experience in energy regulatory topics, in particular the Italian Gas distribution market.

Her primary focus areas lie in strategic planning, process improvement, organizational design, transaction advisory and business planning in different segments of the Energy & Utilities industry (water, waste, energy distribution and sales).

Irene is passionate about helping our clients to solve diverse and complex problems, pushing them beyond their internal and external boundaries.

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Irene worked at Ernst & Young.

Outside the office, Irene enjoys time with her family and is glad to achieve a real work-life balance with the support of Arthur D. Little.
