Prior to joining ADL, Arnaud was a Vice President at Kearney, where he worked for 3 years, and a Partner at CVA, where he worked for 14 years. He has supported clients in over 60 countries and across all continents, and consulted in a variety of sectors, with a strong focus on engineered products in the rail, automotive, energy and aerospace & defense industries.

Arnaud is also a recognized expert in advanced materials & such as titanium - and processes - such as 3D printing - at the heart of the aerospace & defense ecosystem.

Vincent Bamberger, Managing Partner at ADL, comments: "As a creative, independent-minded and very knowledgeable individual, with excellent contacts in a variety of industrial sectors, Arnaud is a tremendous addition to the ADL team. He has advised senior executives and decision-makers at high-end engineered product companies for nearly 20 years, and his questing, entrepreneurial outlook is a perfect cultural fit for us. I'm very happy to welcome him to the Paris office."

Arnaud Bodji, Partner at ADL, adds: "Aerospace & Defense is a sector driven by the latest innovations in materials and processes. Yet just like other industries, the companies within it are going through a period of intense transformation, striving to become leaner, more streamlined and more sustainable. It is no longer just enough to innovate in design and engineering - the latest best practice must be implemented across the entire business if companies are truly to succeed. I believe that ADL is the ideal partner to help them realise this aim".

Arnaud holds an engineering degree from Ecole des Mines de Paris.
