Iori is a core member of the HCLS (Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice) in the Tokyo office and supports strategic planning and business development, mainly in the digital health and Med-tech area.

He has been involved in a number of creative projects for Pharma and Med-tech companies, including scenario planning, new business development, growth strategy, digital transformation strategy, due diligence, and business model and monetization design.

In addition, he has led various global projects such as new product launch strategy and establishment of overseas businesses, mainly in China and ASEAN, by leveraging his extensive experience in overseas business.

Prior to joining ADL, he worked in the med-tech division of a global chemical company. He has extensive experience in the value chain from research to sales, including sales and marketing, business planning, and overseas assignment in Europe.
