Behavioral Interview
What is a behavioral interview?
This is your chance to tell us more about your achievements, motivations, and passions. And for us, the opportunity to discover your communication and interpersonal skills and understand how well you’d fit into our culture.

Tips for
success

Relax

Do not stress during the interview – the interview is for us to get to know you and for you to have the opportunity to get to know us and confirm that ADL is the right place for you

Come prepared

Stay up to date with the most important economic events – knowing them is essential when working in consulting, so we may want to check your current knowledge level

Show personality

Avoid simply reiterating your résumé - make sure you let your personality shine through and be ready to tell us why you want to join us

Use your time wisely

Use your time wisely to make sure you get your points across

Know your basic knowledge

Research the company, industry, and position you are applying for – nobody expects you to know all the details, but a lack of basic knowledge might make it hard to make a good first impression and hinder success
