Engin Beken is a Partner based in both Frankfurt and Vienna offices.  He is part of the global leadership team of Arthur D. Littles Operations Management Practice and is in this function supporting our clients globally.

After working for more than four years as a project manager in the area of new-build and operational efficiency in the Hydro Power division of VERBUND AG, he switched his career towards management consulting and Arthur D. Little. His work is focusing on defining the Future of Operations for our clients while esp. implementing native digital solutions as well as performance improvement methodologies to value chains in asset-heavy industries.

Engin studied industrial engineering at the Technical Universities in Vienna and Munich and holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering.

The first weeks of the COVID-19 outbreak showed organizations’ ability to pull out well-prepared contingency plans to respond and adapt to the new reality quickly.
