Takeshi is a principal in the Tokyo office and a core member of our Operation Strategy & Transformation Practice.

His main areas of expertise are corporate and business strategy, M&A strategy and execution, and PMI for trading companies, construction companies, heavy electric/electronics equipment, logistics companies, and PE funds. In particular, he has supported clients in business transformation to accommodate structural changes in their industries.
In recent years, he has also focused on sustainability-related themes, working on projects such as establishing reverse logistics.

Prior to joining ADL, Takeshi worked for a US strategy consulting firm, an accounting M&A advisory firm, and an accounting consulting firm, where he gained a wide range of experience in projects related to business strategy development and M&A planning and execution.
