Wojciech is a Partner based in ADL’s Warsaw office. He is a member of the Strategy & Organization Practice. He focuses on private equity, retail/e-commerce and other consumer industries. He is an expert in:
PE/VC, corporate M&A (investment strategies, market screenings, due diligence, value creation, and exit planning/support)
Retail/e-commerce/consumer (growth strategies, online/omnichannel strategies, value creation plans, revenue management, loyalty programs, performance improvement, and digital transformation)

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Wojciech worked for Bain and Company in Poland/CEE and supported clients across the EMEA region. He started his career at Roland Berger. He has a double degree in finance and management from the University of Warsaw. He married his love of 13 years and they adopted a dog together. The fourth member of their family is expected in September. In his free time, Wojciech pursues his passions – muay thai, traveling and football.
