Dereck is a Partner based in our Shanghai office. He is the Managing Partner of our China operations and a member of our Global Public Services Practice. He primarily focuses on public services and state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in China.

Before joining Author D. Little, Dereck worked for EY Parthenon, Roland Berger, and PA Consulting Group in China and Hong Kong. He has extensive experience serving Chinese officials and SOEs.
