Our client expressed the ambition to modernize its administration. To realize this ambition coherently, with the right priorities and follow-up, it turned to Arthur D. Little for a performance management tool.


  • The challenge was to introduce the concept of balanced scorecards to the administration.
  • We defined the mission and vision of the administration and identified strategic objectives. Next, we selected critical success factors and performance indicators. We provided training and coaching to public servants.


The balanced scorecard was successfully rolled out in the administration.
