Arthur D. Little launches Poland office

Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced the launch of its new Poland office in Warsaw, which will form part of its Eastern European Cluster which already includes Austria, Czech Republic and Turkey. Piotr Baranowski has joined the global management consultancy, where he will lead the Poland office as he takes on the role of Managing Partner.

Following on from the recent office opening of ADL Russia, this new launch is another milestone for the worlds very first management consultancy, which now has 42 offices globally. Under the leadership of Piotr Baranowski, who has over 25 years of professional consulting experience, ADL Poland plans to expand the team rapidly in the next year, as the Polish market offers significant potential.

About Piotr

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Piotr Baranowski is a Managing Partner at the Warsaw office of Arthur D. Little. He is in charge of business development and project management, focusing on telecommunication & media, digital ecosystem, strategy & operations, and transaction support projects.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Piotr successfully led Solon Management Consulting in Poland and was a Partner at PwC, leading the TMT Advisory Practice.

Piotr has led several strategic and operational projects for major corporate clients in Poland and elsewhere in Central and Eastern Europe. He has advised private equity and infrastructure funds across the region extensively, and led multi-million-dollar transformation and restructuring programs.

During his free time, Piotr enjoys skiing, hiking, playing golf and traveling.

About Jacek

Jacek is an experienced strategy consultant with top executive experience. He has also proven himself in a transactional environment. His area of excellence is supporting private equity and corporate clients during acquisitions, growth strategies (commercial due diligence, market-entry strategies, strategy support and new-product development) and restructuring projects.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Jacek held two CEO positions – one in retail and the other in professional services. Both involved substantial restructuring and change management.

Before these experiences, Jacek worked for PwC for almost 10 years. As an advisory director, he led the transaction services strategy group in Warsaw. He completed approximately 100 consulting projects, serving as a strategy consultant in the most significant deals across Central and Eastern Europe.

During his free time, Jacek enjoys sea sailing, hiking, photography and improv comedy.
