The company's business was both humanitarian and highly profitable, and its workforce was committed to the company's vision and values. Many Sigma Tech employees also had a significant stake in the company's future through ownership of its publicly traded stock. The company had an energetic CEO who was committed to expanding the business, and an executive team that was made up of young, dedicated, and ambitious vice presidents. All the elements were in place for a positive future.
