Ashish Sharma

Ashish is a Partner based out of our New Delhi office . He works with a wide variety of family owned firms across consumer goods, auto, steel, cement etc across digital transformation, operating model, succession planning and new markets across both organic and inorganic means. Ashish also works with leading regional and global firms in the telecoms, IT services and hi-tech equipment manufacturing domains across a wide variety of topics 

He has been actively working with the Government of India across a variety of public policy topics, including the Smart Cities program, Digital Communications Policy 2018 etc, and was nominated as a member of the 2019 PMO review committee on India’s nationwide fibre optic rollout program. 
Ashish brings to bear a wide srt of experiences across USA, India, Southeast and East Asia, Central Asia, Europe as well as Australia. He has worked with Sovereign Wealth Funds as well as leading global PE institutions for their investment programs 

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Ronald worked for other leading strategy consulting firms . He holds master degrees in business administration and an undergraduate degree in mathematics

The mobility sector is undergoing rapid technological changes; organizations must adapt their technology operating models to keep pace. In this Viewpoint, we propose a differentiated, multilayer operating model for planning, operating, and governing technology systems, based on their position on the technology maturity S-curve. Adopting this approach will help companies find the right balance between agility and efficiency for each technology system in their portfolio.
