Hamza is a Principal based in the Paris office and a member of the Strategy & Organization and Travel & Transportation Practices. His experience includes growth and diversification strategy, business planning, and commercial due diligence.

Hamza is primarily active in travel & transportation activities, covering the mobility and aviation segments. He also assists private equity funds and trade buyers with commercial due diligences, in addition to supporting development of activities in Morocco. He has led multiple assignments and advised senior executives on high-impact strategic decisions and achieving tangible results.

Hamza holds a Master in Strategy and Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School and an Engineering degree from ENSMM. He is fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
