Hirotaka is a principal at Arthur D. Little, managing Thai office, covering whole of Southeast Asia. He advises mainly manufacturing companies on growth strategy, new business launch, M&A, change management, R&D/Innovation management and operational transformation including digital.
In addition to manufacturing industry, Hirotaka has led various projects in retail, consumer goods and public sector.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Hirotaka worked for four years in an US consulting firm and 7 years in a consulting function in Big 4. During that period, he has been in Singapore, Hongkong and Thailand to contribute to market entry, growth and self-reliance of Japanese companies in Asia. After joining Arthur D. Little, he expanded his scope to local clients to commit to the growth of whole Southeast Asia region.
He holds an MS from The University of Tokyo Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, Department of Biotechnology.
