Jim is a leading expert in the economic and financial analysis of transportation issues and opportunities for airports, airlines, ports, and rail. His capability stems from over 35 years of experience as a consultant as well as an investment banker specializing in transportation related financial transactions. He currently advises lenders, investors, governments, and various investment funds.
Jim has provided highly effective competitive positioning services including air service development, domestic deficiency analyses, forecasting, OPEX analysis, commercial planning, feasibility and cargo studies, land use and master planning, terminal area plans, airport/airline use and leasing, strategic planning, and bilateral advice. Jim also serves as an expert witness in various legal proceedings relating to the valuation of transportation businesses and assets.
Jim earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, and his Master’s Degree in Mathematical Economics from the West Virginia University.
