A Principal in Arthur D. Little’s T&T and Financial Services practice in Dubai, Nael leads projects to develop the corporate strategy and business plans for government and private sector clients in Dubai, the wider UAE and Middle East. He specializes in the intersection of ESG and Digital, including ESG strategy and transformation.
With 10+ years of consulting experience, he previously worked in Oliver Wyman's corporate and Institutional Banking practice, as well as Strategy&’s financial services practice. In this time, he lead various projects on strategy and operational development, gathering extensive experience in strategy, market entry and process optimization. Clients include European and global wholesale and commercial banks, as well as transportation and market infrastructure firms focusing on growth, digitization and ESG. He also took various leadership roles, including as Global Network Driver for PwC’s global FS strategy network, directly supporting PwC’s global head of Strategy& FS and working closely with the global FS leadership to develop and implement the network’s strategy.
Nael co-authored several thought leadership pieces, including publications on WealthTech solutions, ESG Strategy Implementation and a publication series to help banks address market challenges post-COVID through 5 identified key transformational triggers: cost, consolidation, credit, ESG and technology.
