Nitin Arora is a Partner in our Operations Management Practice, based in Dubai. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and technology, he has closely engaged with senior management at some of the leading organizations globally and in the Middle East, helping them address their growth and operational challenges. 

His areas of expertise include digital strategy and transformation, operating model design, product strategy, management and agile development, engineering R&D, growth strategy, post-merger integrations, business, technical and commercial due diligence, cloud computing, data centers, cybersecurity, and supply chain management. 

Nitin served as global segment head for IT and software at ADL earlier in his career, before leaving to pursue other opportunities. Prior to rejoining ADL, he was a senior executive advisor at Strategy&’s Digital, Telecom and Technology practice in the Middle East and a senior director at Strategy& in India. He was also a project leader at London-based cloud services start-up Canopy and worked in product management and development at Google.

Nitin has an MBA from the IESE and London Business School, and a five-year
